Balangan Beach - Villa Sixteen is a recently renovated villa with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, plus an extra bathroom for the main living space. The villa has two sofa sectionals, one upstairs and one down, each with big smart-TVs. A purified water dispenser and a basket of fruit with fresh flowers are provided on arrival. Three showers deliver hot water, and each room has total climate control via air-conditioning.

The villa offers a year-round outdoor swimming pool, cleaned twice a week. A sun terrace and outdoor furniture provide seating areas, and a barbecue is available for guest use.
